Our crews are experts in complete landscape maintenance, lawn installation, LED landscape lighting, drip irrigation systems, drought-tolerant plantings, drainage installation, retaining walls, color spots, tree and shrub installation.
The C27 license is the landscape contractor category and the only classification that allows the different products and services to be offered. Many contractors are under the belief that a B class license can perform landscape services. This is not so. A B-class-licensed contractor can only be hired if your project consists of grading a blank lot to the completion of the landscape project (minimum of three trades).

It depends on what kind of work you need to have done and on the area.
Most landscape projects do not need a permit. However, if you are building a wall over 3’ high above grade or a patio cover that is more than 300 SF, or your project involves any electrical or gas line installation, then you will need to apply for a permit.
A good lawn fertilization program can prevent and treat crabgrass and many other broad-leaf weeds when applied correctly. Our program is target specific for the weed growth as per time of year to help prevent seed germination. A healthy thick lawn is the key to help with weed prevention.
Other than walking them, you can limit the access to certain areas. Change where they can go to allow the grass to mend. Dilution is another great way to limit urine damage. Most of a dog’s output is early in the day. A good 5 minute soaking will adequately dilute urine to limit problems.
First would be a pruning to allow more sun to grassy areas. If that is not feasible, watering should be altered to allow the grass to dry properly. In shade, the areas will thin during the summer and core aeration and seeding will regenerate grass in thinning areas.
